I currently serve as International Trademarks Director at Wolf Méndez Abogados Asociados, where I lead global trademark protection and management strategies for clients across diverse sectors. I have over 10 years of experience in intellectual property and new technologies, having worked in both the public and private sectors. I was a trademark examiner at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and at the Colombian Superintendence of Industry and Commerce, where I also served as advisor to the Director of the Office. This experience has enabled me to develop a comprehensive understanding of intellectual property systems in Europe and Latin America, as well as a deep insight into the challenges companies face when protecting their intangible assets across multiple jurisdictions. Throughout my career, I have advised national and international companies on the registration, monitoring, and enforcement of trademarks, as well as on the structuring of corporate intellectual property policies, licensing agreements, and technology transfer contracts.
