Lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, with a specialization in Commercial Law from the same institution, and in Industrial Property Law, Copyright, and New Technologies from Universidad Externado de Colombia. He holds a diploma as an Expert in Emerging Legal Practices and Regulated Markets from the Centro de Estudios Garrigues in Spain, as well as a Master’s degree in Business Law and International Business from the Escuela Internacional de Negocios – EIN and the Universidad Católica de Ávila (Spain). He has also completed training in Collective Management of Copyright and Related Rights at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in Geneva, Switzerland, and at the Spanish General Society of Authors and Publishers (SGAE).
